Kamdar Agro Research & Development (KAR&D) was established in 2017 by development professionals with the sole aim of working on natural resource management and enhancing farm-based income.

Mission:

To enable equitable and sustainable economic development by providing professional and technical managerial services to individuals and organizations. We ensure that the economically marginalized are recognized as active contributors to the growing economy, and we enable an equitable share of wealth to be generated and distributed in their favor.

Vision:

To directly enhance the livelihoods of 0.1 million households and indirectly impact 0.9 million households of economically disadvantaged communities by March 2025, reaching a total of 1 million households.
